Somnidryne ^® is composed of a patented active ingredient: Cyracos ^® which is an extract of lemon balm which improves the quality of sleep and promotes falling asleep.
Melatonin, for its part, helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (this beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 1 mg before bedtime). It also helps to reduce the effects of jet lag (this beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before going to bed on the first day of travel and the few days following the day of arrival).
