Directions for use
To prepare the drink: 3 measuring spoons (140 g) in 500 ml of water. Mix vigorously and enjoy.
On training days: take 140g after training and 140g at bedtime.
On rest days: take 140g between meals around 10 a.m. and around 3 p.m.
